| The Lincoln Park
First Aid Squad is an independent, not for profit association formed in
accordance with the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act. The LPFAS is governed
by its certificate of incorporation and by-laws. The First Aid Squad, in
accordance with its by-laws, promulgates and adopts its own rules and
regulations, determines its own membership requirements and appoints or elects
its own officers. |

| The Squad was
incorporated as the Lincoln Park First Aid Squad, Inc. on May 27, 1965. The
Borough of Lincoln Park has no involvement in nor legal control over the
promulgation of rules and regulations of the LPFAS, nor are the officers of the
First Aid Squad appointed by the Borough. |
